The script follows the investigation of Inès Léraud, a young journalist, who, driven by an ecological conscience, decides to move to Brittany to investigate the phenomenon of green algae, an environmental disaster with deadly consequences affecting certain Breton coasts. Through her meetings with whistleblowers, scientists, farmers and elected officials, she elucidates, with difficulty and determination, half a century of silence.
